I spent ten years in the construction industry prior to recruiting in Sales, Estimating and Project Management roles and have been able to apply my personal knowledge to recruit talented and successful candidates and place them with firms that I would want to work for.

I work on opportunities that a candidate would not read in the paper or find on the Internet - exclusive opportunities! Our process of recruitment allows us to identify and deliver candidates that would not be reached through traditional recruiting methods. I recruit top talent that primarily comes from either Construction Management, General Contractors or Development firms.
