Terri Boyd began her career with Management Recruiters of Cherry Hill in 1992 as an Account Executive with their local administrative division (OM5) and has since impressively positioned herself as one of the top performers in the MRI organization.

In 1997, Terri made Partner with Management Recruiters of Cherry Hill, at which time she hired and developed a group of highly successful Account Executives focusing on partnership with local Philadelphia companies as well as project staffing nationally.

In April of 2000, Terri became General Manager of the Cherry Hill Office, which was one of 33 company-owned offices. In this role she was responsible for the operations of a Top-5 office nationally.

With the closing of the company offices in 2002, Terri made the decision to partner with Thomas Lucas, owner of Management Recruiters of Philadelphia to develop a Local Business Practice focusing on staffing in and around the Philadelphia area with an emphasis in the business services sector at the administrative support level.

In 2004 as the newest office within the MRI family of companies, Terri again positioned herself as the top-billing manager for Local Business as well as placing her group within the Top-5 nationally.
